City went down in the 64th minute thanks to Romelu Lukaku who brilliantly slotted it past Bravo after breaking free from midfield. City, however, were able to find an equaliser in the 72nd minute from Nolito who was able to head home a David Silva cross.
Despite City continuing to press Everton for the next 20 minutes in search of a winner, it never came, and they were made to settle for only one point. But what did we learn from this extraordinary game?
