Eliaquim Mangala has been subjecting of a bid from AC Milan. The Rossoneri have made an official offer for the player who has struggled to adapt to life in England. Milan’s transfer approach in the past week has elevated after their take-over a Chinese consortium.
Mangala isn’t part of coach Pep Guardiola’s plans and has even been left out of their Champions League squad. Despite signing for £32million two years ago, the French international has not settled and found the league different to adapt to.
Milan made an offer to sign Mangala on a one-year loan deal with an option to purchase him outright at the end of the season for €20million.
The 25-year-old does still have three years left to run on his current deal in Manchester. Valencia remains interested in signing Mangala also as they look set to lose Mustafi to Arsenal this week. City remain keen to recoup as much of the £32million paid to Porto in 2014 as possible.
