Manchester City starlet makes history against Brazil

Manchester City youngster Bobby Duncan has made history for England as the striker became the first player, at any level, to score a hat-trick against Brazil at international level.

The Manchester City forward was instrumental in England’s success over their South American rivals as the 15-year-old scored three of England four goals at under 16 level.

Duncan is the cousin of former Liverpool and England legend Steven Gerrard and the iconic player was quick in offering his congratulations towards his own family member on Instagram.

Before Duncan’s brilliant hat-trick never has a player who represented England at any level scored three goals in a single game against a Brazilian side.

The England team were competing in South America as the Nike tournament was coming to a close. Duncan has proved a real hit in Manchester City also and scored 50 goals last season.

The future is bright for Gerrard’s cousin but whether he’ll become a City first-team regular in years to come remains an unanswered question.
